Most electrical breakdowns start small: a loose termination, a dusty busbar, a worn contactor. Regular inspection finds them while they are cheap to fix.
A useful routine includes thermal scanning of panels under load, re-torquing terminations, cleaning, checking breaker and relay settings, and testing insulation and earth resistance.
Record what you find. A short log makes trends visible and tells you which panel needs attention before the next shutdown.
This note is general information, not instruction for do-it-yourself work. Electrical work must be done by qualified persons following applicable laws and standards.
